İlker Sözdinler is a Managing Partner at Oleka Capital and chairs DEIK’s Digital Business Council Fintech Committee.

Ilker was the Founder and CEO of United Payment. Under his leadership, the company grew in 15 markets and partnered with world-leading fintechs, including Wise and Remitly. Ilker made it to Ekonomist’s “Top 40 CEOs under 40” list seven years in a row. He completed the company's exit to Türkiye İş Bankası in 2025.

Ilker started his career as the founding partner of NGN, providing services to several financial institutions. He sold his shares to a major foreign integrator in the region, leading to a successful exit.

He graduated with a double major in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Penn State University in 2005.

Ilker is married and the father of two children. He enjoys reading comics and science fiction. He is a Marvel, DC, and Star Wars fan and a proud supporter of Beşiktaş.
