Before launching Oleka, Ihsan was the Founding Managing Director of Finberg, where he led over $105 million in investments across 50+ startups and 15 funds from the US to Asia. He co-founded FinTech Istanbul, now a leading fintech ecosystem, and exited in 2024. Earlier, Ihsan founded Core Strateji, a consultancy for entrepreneurial transformation in large corporations, and co-founded Climateminder, an agri-tech company successfully exited in the US.
Ihsan is also committed to education, teaching Entrepreneurship Strategy and Investment Management at Özyeğin University, where he serves as Advisor on Entrepreneurship to the Rector. Ihsan is a Founding Member of Q Angels and was the Founding Director of Fit Startup Factory.
He holds business degrees from Harvard Business School and Koç University. Ihsan is married with four children, enjoys mentoring, writing about innovation, and is a proud supporter of Turkish startups.
