Emrah Silav, CFA, is a Managing Partner at Oleka Capital and a Strategic Advisor at Archie, a fintech accelarator. 

Before joining Oleka, Emrah chaired United Payment and served as Head of OYAK Finance Group at Oyak Securities, where he led financial strategy for one of Turkey’s largest investment platforms. Earlier, he was CFO at Erdemir, overseeing group finance at OYAK Mining and Metallurgy. His career spans strategic advisory roles and board leadership across fintech and financial services.

Emrah holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a CFA charterholder and has completed certifications in equity, fixed income, and derivatives from Bloomberg.

Emrah is married, fluent in English and German, and passionate about mentoring young finance professionals and supporting the Turkish startup ecosystem.
