Can Ergelmis is Investment and Strategy Director at Oleka Capital.

Prior to Oleka, Can was a Commercial Leader at Amazon Europe, driving marketing and retail expansion across 16 countries and leading market entry strategies for Türkiye, Sweden, and Belgium. Previously, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Jolly, a Goldman Sachs portfolio company, and founded Hepsipay, a regulated fintech platform within Hepsiburada. 
Can's entrepreneurial background also includes co-founding Doktortakvimi, a digital health platform that captured over 30% of Turkey’s internet users before achieving a successful exit to Docplanner.

Can holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Koç University. His expertise spans international expansion, digital transformation, regulatory navigation, and growth strategy across B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce.

He is married with a son and lives in Luxembourg. An accomplished jazz journalist since 2003, he has contributed over 100 articles to international music publications and conducted interviews with legendary artists including Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, and John McLaughlin. Recognized among Turkey’s top jazz writers in 2005, he has been playing the piano since 1989.
